Sp525 Spluttering At 4-5000Rpm/schiacciand...

My SP is still spluttering at 4-5000 rpm.
Also, it doesnt do its Powervalve check on ignition but the Powervalve dóes work at high rpm.
It should be fully open with arrow exhaust.
1. I dont get more than 5 volts to the servo motor of the powervalve with ignition on. Is that correct?
2. The large green box at lefthand side of the subframe; is that the powervalve control box? Or the voltage regulator?
If voltage regulator; than where is the powervalve CDI unit?
3. What could cause the 4-5000rpm spluttering?

Il mio SP è ancora schiacciante a 4-5000 giri / min.
Inoltre, non fa il suo controllo Powervalve sull'accensione ma il Powervalve dóes funziona ad alti giri.
Dovrebbe essere completamente aperto con lo scarico della freccia.
1. Non ottengo più di 5 volt al servo motore del powervalve con l'accensione. È corretto?
2. La grande scatola verde sul lato sinistro del telaio; È che la scatola di controllo powervalve? Oppure il regolatore di tensione?
Se il regolatore di tensione; Di dove si trova l'unità CDI di powervalve?
3. Che cosa potrebbe causare la schiacciatura 4-5000 rpm?
