Wich carb is the best?

Gonna get a new carburator for my mito now, but don`t know wich one to bye
I have this in mind now:
-Dellorto PHBE 34 LD
-Mikuni TMX 35-38
-Keihin PWK 34-38
Anyone knows wich of this that is the best for my mito evo 04?
Have the Jolly moto stradale on my bike
Also searching a single seat unit for my bike, anyone knows where to get one???

Jolly stradale 0206, ported 73037 cilindro, 200H head, flat 1 ring piston, 35mm mikuni carb, modified airbox.
Soon planned:
Crc for 9 serie, sp cilindro 9008, sp testa 200? + mahle piston, keihin pwk 38mm, sp lamelle carboni, kokusan denki ignition, sp525 farings, painted rims in gloss black++

- mikuni 35mm is difficult to setup and little best of dell'orto in pure performance
- keihin are simple wonderful and much powerful of all! The "only" bad thing of keihin is that they are more expencive!
