This is oryginal exhaust from mito? I asking becouse I first see two parts exhaust in mito. Look at this:




And look at size this old exhaust and for my oryginal from raptor



Please tell me this " 1 " exhaust is Oryginal from mito 125?. Guy who give me this tell me "this is exhaust from mito 1999" Is that true?

Today I go on this 170km/h. This exhaust is stronger than my oryginal from raptor. But you guys think I can have this on my raptor thats no problem for my engin?

My brother in law is Polish, however none of us have never seen that two splitted strange exhaust,
(1999's italian Cagiva Mito got differents exhaust) so none of us can tell you how it runs, certainly not fast.
And certainly was dispendious to build because it's composed by 2 different molded parts, It is not possible to produce a few units of metal molded sheet and get a cheap price, is probably the original muffler of another bike not Mito.

Have you never read nothing about the (in italian the word "artigianale" means "hand made), we use to call it: Artigianale SP 95?

It's an hand made copy, the originals are rare, of the last (1995) exhaust made by the CRC team (Cagiva Research & Development) for the old Italian 125cc Sport Production Championship.
The CMC user Mat is the producer, contact him, it costs 270€+shipping. (or check an used one on this site)
It's the best compromise to every Mito engine, stock or tuned one.
(In the last year, 2011, were developed a few better exhaust but the gains aren's so much, at least for the engines owned by the average cagiva mito user, only the really track engine can benefits of this last pipes evolutions)
You can't find a better exhaust of the "Artigianale SP 95".

Yes you have right I know what is Artigianale sp 95 becouse in another topic I took about this with sognandolamito and I told him "when I have money I will buy it from Mat. But about my exhaust you have right too. This part from cylinder is another like oryginal but it works well and fit into the cylinder okay... In part to silencer is write "Cagiva **************< part nr." then this must be oryginal. I know thats not very good exhaust for my beauty but It is better than my oryginal from raptor e3. You think that is healtly for my engin? Or thats not diffrents for engin having thats exhaust?

Your exhaust could be different from our mitos because here in Italy in'99 it has been introduced a law requiring the disempowerment of the 125cc bikes at only 15hp

My raptor reached on this 170km/h on speedometer. Maybe One month ago I have shark exhaust and this is identical in power like shark. Then thats not bad exhaust. In oryginal I can go MAX 150km/h~~

PS: I have oryginal e3 silencer on this. I can unlock it? Or must replace?

You can unlock it, should be a guide on the "guide section". But it's cheap to buy another one. Seven's silencer are the best.

That exhaust was standard on the first series Mito for the Swiss market.

The silencer origianle that you, okay you did not do anything, do not have the catalysts

But about silencer you think its ok? I have only expansion chamber from mito. The silencer is from my e3 exhaust oryginal. I know it is not empty silencer by this its very hot after hard ride . When I look to my friend silencer from mito 7speed he have empty not like me.

Your muffler is not as simple as that of seven.

But however it is free, your use of resonators and various interior rooms and so will heat up more, just because the exhaust gas remains central, but spreads throughout the silenzitore.

The exhaust is fine, no problem, but it is important to adjust the carburetor as a guide.
