Hello everyone. This is my 2007 Cagiva Raptor. I rebuilt it couple of months ago, and now it is almost finished. Here is some pictures how it looked like when i started the rebuild:
And this is how it looks now:
As you can see, there is still some snow here in Finland, so im not able to ride it yet. The bike is not totally finished yet, so i will be uploading some pictures about the progress. And about the engine, it is fullpower with 200H head and single-ring flat-top piston. Hope you guys like it! Greeting from Finland!

I followed its transformation on another site and I think it's wonderful.
how did you polish the exhaust?

Thank you!I polished the silencer with wetsandpaper, from 800 to 2000, then i finished it with Autosol metalpolish.

I have problem and i need your help :

The noise is coming from the two overlapping pinions next to the balanceshafts pinion. I dont know what to do! Help!
