Hi there

I have one problem. I just finish complete rebuild of my mito and now i have engine problem. When i accelerate engine runs nice until it hits 8000 rpm than it starts to struggle (like there is not enough fuel) until 8500 rpm. Over 8500 rpm works fine again.

Carburator is clean. Don't know what to do if i ride below 8000 and above 8500 works fine. I tested top speed and it was 185km/h according to speedometer,

Did anyone have problem like mine?

You need to fine-tune the carburetor

we had to know some data about the configuration of jets and carburator size, but as mentioned by a7n8x should be just fine-tuning of the carb
probably you have mixture too gasoline
the problem comes full gas or half?
full gas > power jet reduce
half gas > lower the needle or air screw counterclockwise

Forgot to mention if i rev the bike in neutral it is everything ok this is happening when i drive the bike. and it is doing that under full gas and on half gas. It is strange because this happens just when power valve should open. I set valve according manual when rebuilding the engine but i couldn't aligned arrows on valve. it is slightly more open

When the bike is in neutral the motor turn free and have not weight to move, the valve forget to align correctly to arrow, just control when you turn on the key and the bike make the cts control everything works fine.

Yes valve works fine i will make video when rain stops. I tried every position on the needle.

it sounds like, they tell you on top that you have a jet configuration wrong.
As Trick tells you try to faind at which gas graduation you find the problem
