Hi I would appreciate if someone can help me to confirm whether the above is doable or not.
If possible to do it, could someone share the connection or wiring diagram on how to do it.

I read that article. But there is no explanation on the wiring connection.
When i compare, the Ducati energia has 3 wires connected to Rectifier and regulator while Kokusan has only 2 wires cnnected to Rectifier and regulator.
On ECU side, Ducati Energia has 3 wires go to ECU while Kokusan has 2 wires go to ECU.

I' ve never done it, but I think you should change all the relative parts: or all kokusan or all ducati energia; you couldn't mix them!

If you refer to Trick's comment above..thats could be done. But there are lack of explanation in term of wiring connection.

no, I mean that you can't put the kokusan oscillator with the ducati energia ecu or the pickup ducati energia: you need the kokusan pickup and the two kokusan control unit.
for the wiring you can find the "map" of all wires in the manual section:
http://forum.mitoclu...5-e-raptor-125/
kokusan was putted on models before 2003 if I'm not wrong
the map should be in the last part of the manual

Finally i understand the article shared by Trick. That article is talking about if we want to transplant engine with kokusan system onto motorcycle with Ducati system. Then the stator and the rotor including with the generator card (the place to mount the pick up sensor) need to be used in order to match the whole Ducati system on the motorcycle.
Finally i gave up to find an alternative to solve my broken alternator rotor.
I will buy the new replacement part. So starting from now, im looking for alternator stator and rotor.
Appreciate if someone could help me on this.

ok, the important thing is to understand each other to find a solution.
Then you are looking for a stator and flywheel Ducati energia, that right?
The only problem is that, in order to enter in the market you have to reach 30 posts. Introduce yourself and present your mito in the appropriate sections.

Finally i found the parts that im looking for and just bought the parts. Now it is just a waiting game.
But im really disappointed with the quality of Ducati Energia ("DE") rotor if compare with Kokusan Denki ("KD") rotor.
The DE rotor has no protective shield to protect the broken magnet from hitting the alternator coil compare to KD rotor. Additionally i have not heard any this similar case happened to KD system.
Here in Malaysia, many of DE rotor magnet has broken and luckily some had noticed this problem earlier so they can temporarily fix the issue with some kind of strong glue. But it is a cracked magnet and its always rotating at very high speed. For me it is just like a timing bomb.
The replacement parts also cost like a gold!
