I believe that the cylinder has been worked not much good, there am particular that to me they do not convince very.
If you more have other photos detailed I can indicate to you where I task am not corrected.
You have photo of the exhaust, the reed valve, and the carb? thanks
Moreover task that 45cv is indeed many, already 40 would be an optimal result
like have worked the head?
which diagrams use?
the 160 go worked a lot in the (travaseria).
I seeing photo the creed that there is much to make in the (travasi)

I will make some new photos soon then.
I will open the engine very soon, and then i make some new photos to show you.
I may understand a litle bit of tuning, but the man who do this things know why he does it that way.
I understand what you said, that the intake is not worked well, unlike the exhaust.
But I can guarantee you that it's not.
Let me see if i can explain you in english what happened to the cilinder...
It went to an machine office, it was opened to 69mm~, it was worked, reconstructed to gain the necessary areas. Then it was filled again until 64mm whith iron - not aluminio and nikasil.
Note that the piston is not the original one. The wiseco it's higher, so the areas and the degrees were worked to those parameters.
I can show you the Head work two at that time.
And i wouldnt be surprised if the engine reached at 50hp.
I can show you another bike, not a mito, an honda CRM50 with an yamaha DTR 125 engine, it has about 60hp.
It has the same tuning i have in my mito, but the bike is lighter and it has 179cc~
I's quiker than an Honda CR 250, its quiker than an mito, its faster... it's a monster!
I can show you a cagiva engine with "valvula rotativa - admissao lateral".
I want to make another engine, at least another kit, with the same paramethers for my mito that are on the CRM!

But I would make it 100HP...not me...
Yes, and it's possible. The only problem is how to fit the 2 exhaust systems inside the plastics of our bikes.

that power you do not catch up it. 40 you can make them, 45 and 50... not it creed minimally.
The areas in income from the reed valve are too much large, you have much area, and one surface of the lights of the travasi much small.
the dimensioning of the drainage culvert is excessive large speaking instead of the stock-pot the dimensioning is corrected, like dimensions resembles much ours crc sp
that cranks it uses?
it interests of the connecting rod originates them or you have modified it?

that picture of the exhaust was when it was made.
Now it's 5mm smaller on diameter (not at all lenght).
i don't understand what you mean by "travasi".
Are you refering to the "litle wall" in the midle of the income?
i will show you a real cilinder of a mito! not mine! an competition one, with valvula rotativa.
Do you understand what i mean ? valvula rotativa? admissao lateral?
The intake is made not on the cilinder, not on carter, at the side. there are no red valve on that intake system.
I will show you photos of an mito cilinder like that.
About the HP, when i make the video, you will see that its nothing like an ordinary mito and that i'm not making bluf.

The normal mistake is thinking you can get extra power just enlarging a bore.
You can get 40hp from the mito with 125cc.
By the way, it's drunk the mother f* mito! and the BP 100 is around 1.35€ - L...
You can imagine it's not my mito the only one drunk...
Never say never !
See this yellow beauty here? Take a better look. That would defenetly embarace any mito.
It's an random yamaha TZR 50 bored to 110cc. 35hp. 200km/h.
Do you know how much HP does it have stock? 7 or 8.

shit man for who do u work for...a 35 hp tzr and behind i see 2 mito!!!!
any way i think that tuning a 2stroke in an extreme way like u do is not a very good idea...at least itz not a good idea if u use the bike on road...plus with a cilinder worked out like your an no CTS i really can't imagine how difficult i could be driving your mito on a city road!!!
anyway compliments for your work.....
.....how many pistons have u changed to that tzr? 3 in 400km?!
...i must imagine ther is little police control where u live...

First of all, the TZR is not mine. As much as i know it doesn't work that often.
It's tuning is a litle bit more hardcore than my mito. More agressive. Much more...
Second of all, It's very easy to ride my mito and others. Dependign of the type of tuning you give to the engine you will have more or less dificulties to ride the bike on the road. But if you want it to be wild, there are some things you will have to lose. But that's an option you make and a risk you take. That's not the case of mine, it's wild, but not enough to be dificult to ride it on the city.
And third of all, If the tunig is well done, and if it's not too much hardcore you wont need to change pistons every day. Besides, you do not have to run allways fast on your bike. I usualy change piston on my mito year to year. Probably it could do more km, or not, that's a risk i don't want to take.
On mito cup, cagiva recomended all teams to change crankshaft after tree races.
Nothing last for ever.
When i was 16, i used to drive the mito all the time every where.
Now i have a car, an RGV 250 and an MV agusta F4.
The bike i love the most is the mito.
That's why i'm tuning it to fit me, and my ideal of what i want. That's why i'm spending my money on it instead of buying an exhaust system to the MV.
And i can ride it slow or fast...it doesn't make that noise. You just have to be a litle bit more carefull about the police.
I said it before and i say it again, i believe the tuning on my engine car reach the 50hp. I'm not saying it does. I believe so.
And i also said before that i will show you in a movie that my mito has nothing to do with another one... you just have to wait. And it doesn't have an Hardcore tuning.
I will have the intire project with photos, details and videos, all in english on a site that will be online.
Only the blue one is an mito, and i have the same or more torke now without CTS than an normal mito with the CTS and a jolly moto. But that's offcourse you wont believe until i show you.
ALwarrior:
I know that!
They look so beautifull with the 2 exhausts!
