I respect your thoughts and i agree in the: '' i do not need to show nothing 2 anybody'' consept but i have to say that i'm really curious 2 see the dyno result...its true taht the motor is a 163 as u said but i still dont really believe it might reach a power of 45 to 50 hp even if I open my mind on aftermarket etc., and know that in mechanics few things are impossibile i'm still not sure of the slit possibility of a mito with 50hp....i hope u might do a dyno test very soon! in the case your mito as even 42 hp on the back wheel u will have to tell us in details what u did!!!!

I Don't know the specs of that engine and don't know what modifications you have made on it.
Can you tell me more about the engine and about what you intend to do?
You sure can take advantage of the torque. And if the suzuki chassys is lighter than mito, you can take much more advantage.

We are talking on 45-50hp on the crankshaft as firemaker85 says.
On wheel i have no idea how much is it gonna acuse.
If it reach at least 45hp, we will talk about details then

but...there are limits, and...with a new polini, changing stroke and bore it is possible to have near 180cc on a mito. And that can have about 55horse power for sure. Depending on the setup obviously.
I could have 200cc and 30 horse power.


A normal mito '97 has 31hp? And with a SP kit lavorato 37 hp?

a mito 97 probably has 31 at wheel but only because it has a 35 mikuni a sp has 37 at wheel for what i know

It's impossible mito 97 having 31hp at wheel. 31hp on the engine. It's not only because the mikuni 35. The ignition system has diferent setings. Diferent Gear box produces diferent results on the dyno.

Yes. The ignition system is the same. But with diferent settings.

You says that Mito II and Mito EV have different setting?
May be the rpm of open CTS could be different..but I don't know if the ignition setting (mappatura delle centralina da quello che ho capito) are different..

MitoII i don't know.
But i know there is diference between mito with mikuni 35 and mito dell'orto 28. Check out the manual.
The ECU i think it's the same. Diference is mechanic, on the seting of the ignition.

I think the mito II has more diferent things like the exhaust and maybe the cylinder.

Yes, Mito II and Mito ev have different setting, but you can adjust it.

Mito ev with 35 Mikuni have different exhaust and head.

well about my cagiva-suzuki 200cc

i have worked a little the original cilinder....a little on the exaust...and on the boosters .... about 194°.... then i modified the squish now is 1mm and i have to watch how is the compression ratio... i think 12 or 12,5....then i have the suzuki reed valve and suzuki carburator....mikuni 32tm...then the ecaust is an hand made exaust..that was on a mito....

the electronic is a mixture of cagiva elefant and mito...and suzuki..

the igniction is from a cagiva mito..but the electric power is made from the original elefant with a mito's electronic voltage regulator...the rest is from my suzuki...

and i modify the engine to eliminate definitively the electric starter..because there weren't enought space....
now i have kick starter.....

senti tu fargli credere che ce credi....cioe io ce sto diciamo a crede...je sto a da fiducia ma finche nn vedo i risultati di un banco prova per me rimane una mito fantasma
