As I said in the forum of presentations, is an EVO II 1999 6-speed that will become a 7-speed.
The engine it´s now damaged but it will be replaced by a new (used) one with a 7 speed gearbox and a 73037 cylinder and 200H head with some moods in the ports and a single ring wiseco piston.
The carburetor it's a new one Mikuni TM34 ss with body tilted from a RGV/RS 250.
The exhaust sistem will probably be replaced by a Jollymotto SP, and I'm also considering buying a set of VForce3 reed valve, but for these two elements I have not decided yet if I let them stay stock, because they are very expensive !!!
For the air filter I was thinking in a Malossi red sponge, but I cant find a specific one.
Please tell me what you think about the project and suggest what they would do in my place.

I never saw those front signal lights! Really nice!
Jolly Moto is a great exaust, but if I can advice you, there is another exhaust called "Artigianale Sp", which is more powerfull than Jolly. It was used by Cagiva in the official champioship (Campionato Italiano) until 1995.
It is made by an user of this forum called Mat and it costs only about 270€ (o ring and adjustments included).
As regard the filter, I feel to reccomend you another user on this forum, called Pierre. He produces filters of Mito of every porosity (I buyed one last week for my Mikuni 35 )
Regards...

Thanks for the advice. I didn't knew no such exhaust named "Artigianale Sp," I have to do a search on the forum to learn a little about it.
There are members who have already bought it?
If so, is there any topic in the forum with the feedback?
The filter is expensive?
Thanks an sorry for my many questions.

The filter costs just 10€ (plus the cost of shipment, few cents).
Lot of our members are using this exhaust and also some others abroad.
You have never heard about it 'cause it is an hand made copy of the original exhaust used by Cagiva in Sport Production championship (now it's no longer available).
If you need any kind of information about it, please contact him by sending a private message, he will answer you as soon as possible.

The exhaust is not that heavy but the box to ship it, will be enough large, then the cost will be proportional to the sizes af the package.
Hope that you will find a good solution.
About the sponge, you can ask to Pierre to ship it to Mat, then you will pay only 1 international shipment.
Leave the Malossi red sponge to the people that employ scooters engine.
Nice bike!
The only 1 thing that i dislike is the silencer.
All the plates in Portugal are that small?
I didn't know it!

I must agree with you, but when I bought the bike it had already that silencer, but now I bought the 7 speed engine and it bring's the exhaust with an original silencer, it's a pity the terminal of it was cut !!!!!!!!
The plates since 3 ou 4 years ago are much bigger !!!
***
And the reed valves what you think about it, they are expensive but it work's good ?

Honestly I don't know anything about the reed valves.
You have to wait for someone that can give you more certain information about them.
What I want to ask you is if it is difficult to adjust the carburator from rs/rgv to Mito.
Could you explain to us how to do it, and the jets configuration that you employ.
I have 2 of this carburator, taken from my rs and probably if I give these information to the buyers I can sell them.
Thanks

great bike by the way, awesome colours!
as other users said, the best exhaust for mito is the artigianale sp 95,i had it too and it's really powerful especially on the higs rpm, from 8k to 12k i also tried the artigianle sp 93 and i feel fine with it: the engine will rev even at 13k rpm with this exhaust! (and it is even cheaper, ask to the user mat!!)

I don´t have the carburetor fit in the bike yet, and honestly I don't know much about it, I only bought it because it is new and was a good deal, and if not work´s I can sell it without losing money.
Now is in the hands of the mechanic trying to make the necessary settings to get a good result, which obviously I will then share with you.
I am also a question about the configuration of the air filter box, mine is the original 6-speed, I've read about what you call "filtro cornuto" and "coperchio" and I confess that I didn't understand, it's in Italian so it isn't easy understand it ... sorry
For the exhaust, yesterday I sent an email to user Mat, now I´m awaiting the answer.

"cornuto" means horned, it has 2 horns, but if you have never seen it you can't understand
here a pic of
http://www.mitoclub....bocchettoni.jpg
the mikuni TMSS34 of the suzuki engine has a bad reputation of adjusting on engine differents from is proper suzuki engine
avoid it like the plague, yes it's cheaper to buy in every country, that's why
buy a mikuni 35 like those were born inside of the old cagiva 7 speed full power, adjusted for the specific mito engine
i do not masturbate myself on the filter sponge, i will keep the malossi one, that you have already got
the Artigianale SP 95 with a good silencer instead is necessary
