Hello. I want unblock my exhaust in cagiva raptor 125 09'. Please tell me I can cut exhaust and draw the catalyzer and weld exhaust without catalyzer? And please tell me what To do with this? I can leave this disconnected? HELP (I dont have money for sport exhaust)

Hi Tallus, don't worry 'bout your English!
To bring your Raptor to full power you need to change your exhaust system and set up carburetion.
The exhaust in your photo has TWO CATALYZER inside, a little shit...
Also, your silencer has a labyrinth inside.

The cheapest way, is to change your entire system with an old stock exhaust system (exhaust + silencer) from Mito EV fullpower.

Yeah, you can also cut it, but you'll probably have the worst exhaust ever seen on a Cagiva.
Remember that you've to change your silencer which has a labyrinth inside.

the old exhaust of mito ev isn't very expensive... with 50 euro for the exhaust and 40 four the teminal you can do it!

top speed pf a mito/RAPTOR FULL POWER FROM THE NEWEST MODELS should be about 160-170 km/h. consider that a full power mito today has no more than 24 horsepower, and sometimes even less than 24.
in my opinion you sholud change all the exhaust system, expansion chamber and silencer. you can buy an old exp. chamber from the mito I and mito II, but also from the old ev seven speed, it wont cost too much.

edit. the speed of 160-170 km/h is just the speed indicated by the tachimeter, effective is less than 150 km/h.

Thank's for all. Maybe I will buy sport exhaust in the near future but now I dont have money for that Now I want unlock my oryginal exhaust and change jets. (Top speed on instrument now is 130/135km/h) Salut!

Guy's I have next problem maybe someone have too, My raptor pulls to the right when I let go handlebar. That I can control the balancing on the left. Does anyone else have this problem too?

yep When I catch handlebar everythink is okay but when I let go its start pull to left side ...
