Cosa succede se un pacco tracciabile viene accettato senza riserva e successivamente ci si accorge che il pacco è stato manomesso/danneggiato?
Quali sono le responsabilità del venditore in questo contesto, ribadendo quanto sopra riportato (pacco accettato come integro)
Quali sono le opzioni dell'acquirente?

Se non firmi con riserva sono cazzi tuoi, poi
1) queste domande porgile al venditore, se non è del far west farà di tutto per tenersi stretto l'acquirente
2) Hai sbagliato e mi sa che ti tieni la merce così com'è!

Marco è stato un po' diretto :D però la sostanza terra-terra è così.

A rigore di logica quando accetti senza riserve decade ogni tuo eventuale diritto al rimborso dovuto a danneggiamento durante il trasporto.
Dall'altra parte anche il venditore difficilmente si prenderà in carico gli eventuali danni legati al trasporto quando l'acquirente accetta il pacco senza riserve alla consegna. Questo, purtroppo, anche quando i danni sono dovuti a un non idoneo imballaggio. Prova a sentire il venditore. Se è uno che vende parecchio in rete e ci tiene alla suo reputazione come venditore affidabile potrebbe venirti incontro...

e l'acquirente purtropppo non ha modo di dimostrare che non ha ritirato il pacco integro per poi svuotarlo del suo contenuto.
A poco sarebbe servito in questo caso anche assicurare il pacco.
L'articolo 1510 del codice civile mi solleva da ogni responsabilità, ma ho già inoltrato regolare reclamo per cercare di tutelare gli interessi dell'acquirente, supponendo che sia in buona fede.

Volendo esser onesti la domanda è una: il tuo imballaggio era fatto bene e in grado di proteggere il bene in relazione a una normale malcuranza del corriere?

Se si, teoricamente hai pochi doveri tanto morali quanto legali.

Poi ovvio che moralmente dispiaccia e si tenti di trovare una soluzione tampone.

Il pacco era in grado di essere lanciato dalle scale senza danneggiamento del contenuto, ma non c'è pacco che possa resistere all'apertura intenzionale.
Ho visto le foto dell'imballo, presenta un taglio netto da forbici o taglierino lungo tutto un lato, sia cartone che nastro da imballaggio, ma nessun altro segno d'urto.
Anche ammesso che avesse "ceduto" l'involucro esterno, cosa della quale dubito profondamente, è impossibile che il contenuto sia venuto fuori senza un "aiuto" dall'esterno.

Un po' strano... Un albero motore già di suo interessa a una nicchia ristretta di persone e contando che un albero motore è per uno specifico motore la nicchia si restringe ancora di più...

Anche la rivendibilità non è che sia così elevata... Poi per carità tutto è possibile -.-

Beh un'idea te la fai comunque dal modo in cui si pone.
