Hi, first of all congratulations for your planets! I have a question about your work. I wish to know how did you change the instrumentation from mito to planet. What kind of model are interchangeable and if there are some problems for rev counter, temperature sensor etc. Thank you for your attention

Engine was totally standard & good condition apart from the dirt. The bottom end had been replaced already, but balancer timing was wrong...lots of vibes...that's why it was sold in the first place.. .. I replaced the piston & rings though.

The only other parts that were bought / changed / new...
Wheels to 6 spokes with new tyres
Renthal bars & new grips
Chain & sprockets
Brake pads
Exhaust
Front fairing
Paint / decals.


The Mito speedo was not a direct fit. I changed the cable drive head for the planet one & made some adapters to make it all fit correctly. Not easy so I am using the Planet one on the other bike this time.
Temp gauge uses a standard mito sender & I added wiring to connect it up
Tacho was wired into the RH switch gear to get it working, +12, Kill switch & 0v
