Where did you take your engine from? Are you allowed to do that? Although the law in my country does not permit to do that, people like and do it illegal. The gov..is sh*t

i don't like making videos of me riding, i don't like this kind of stuffs like 'oh, look at me i'm good at riding!', i don' care about others thoughts.
this bike is for racetrack use only, it doesn't go around the streets, and in the track you are allowed to do everything you want on your bikes.

i'm not the first that transformed the cagiva mito wih the rd engine, i remember of an holland guy that gave his mito 78 horsepower with the rd engine! O.O my engine is stock, just good expansion chamber and carburettor larger (dell'orto vhsb 34ld)

still i have more to add to this bike, like the forged aluminium wheels.
i took the engine here in italy from ebay, or from subito, i don't remeber, and i made it new!

Fantastic! You race on track for a contest or for your hobby?
Are there racing schools or some things like that? There must be many race tracks in Italy I just watch riders race on track in motoGP, SBK on tv only

i go to track only for my pleasure. i dont know if there are any schools of riding, sure ther ewill be many, but i dont know of their existence.

intendevo dire che noi (chi lo ha fatto io mi aggreghero in futuro) qua sul forum (e non solo) viene usato il gt rd350 invece di uno a V per ragioni di spazio

it's illegal in Italy too, but only if you drive the tuned bike on public road, in a raceway if the bike proves to be able of good riding, good directioning, good braking etc you can ride a totally home made bike

in this case the word professional means that ride bikes is his job, his primary way to bring money at home

the famous riders are all nature talented, and add on that they were lucky too, having a family with the passion for motorcycles that brought them from child age to ride on minibikes and karts, so it was natural that they at 12-16 yo were already running on a 125 sport production / 125 gran prix bike

no it's not MORE powerful, it's quite the same power as the rgv 250 engine (it's almost the same engine of aprilia rs 250).
the rd 350 engine has 100cc more, so with good tuning it can reach about 78 hp, a 250cc engine like the suzuki's and aprilia's i think cannot get this power.
there also are a lot of big bore and stroke kit that makes your rd engine up to 610cc.
anyway my engine in standard, but my bikes weights 135 kg complete of everything, and she can lose some kilos yet!

guarda che come spazi anche il blocco rd 500 ci entra, ed anche il blocco rgv-rs 250. è una scelta prender eil blocco rd (certo più comoda rispetto ad altri blocchi).

ragazzi un consiglio: ho tutto nuovo per la frizione, come avete potuto capire, ed ho usato dei dischi frizione UNA SOLA VOLTA per davvero pochi giri di pista. (smisi quando capii che slittava la frizione)
quei dischi della barnett erano NUOVI, quindi ora avranno quella uscita e basta.

siccome ho un altro kit di dischi nuovi, e varie serie di molle, non vorrei usarli se quelli fossero ancora buoni, dite che è il caso di riprovare con quelli usati una sola volta ed il resto nuovo? (molle + dure e tutto il resto)

ho preso il sintoflon gear lube. in che percentuale, ricordo mi diceste nella discussione sulla aprilia rs 250 di {mRk} al 3%... o ricordo male?

mRk says it's possible, in street configuration (engine that can reach lots of kilometers).

la butto lì come una probabile cazzatissima, fare un ciclo vero e proprio ?

chiudere il blocco con il gearlube miscelato all'8% al tuo olio normale
usi la moto per 30min, l'obiettivo è scaldare e far girare, poi la fermi e aspetti X ore (tempo indicativo di quanto ci mette a ritornare a temperatura iniziale blocco freddo)
poi rifai altri 2 cicli così e infine dopo l'ultima attesa smonti la frizione unta, la monti dopo averla pulita e metti solo il tuo transoil expert nuovo senza alcuna additivazione

you can insert gearlube mixed 8% with your normal gearbox oil
e monti la tua frizione vecchia sfatta
with your old mounted clutch
usi la moto per 30min, l'obiettivo è scaldare e far girare, poi la fermi e aspetti X ore (tempo indicativo di quanto ci mette a ritornare a temperatura iniziale blocco freddo)
use your bike for 30min, the objective is to warm up your engine and make the mixed oil lubricate the gearbox, then you stop it and wait X hours (X=time required to cool the engine)

poi rifai altri 2 cicli così e infine dopo l'ultima attesa smonti la frizione sfatta, monti la nuova e metti solo il tuo transoil expert nuovo senza alcuna additivazione
Do it for other 2 cycles, and finally assembling the new clutch, using just transoil expert, without additive.

non ho la possibilità di guidare la moto facilmente...
mi conviene semmai provare coi dischi vecchi ed un olio normale con il sintoflon, provarla, vedere come và. se va bene me la tengo in quella configurazione e di riserva mi tengo dischi frizione etc nuovi nuovi.
